Gaps, failed caulk, and damaged house wrap let water behind the cladding, which leads to rot. We open the area, repair the moisture barrier, and reinstall siding with proper flashing.

Heat and sun warp and fade siding over time, and insects exploit soft spots. We replace compromised courses and seal entry points.

We inspect the affected elevation and check the underlying sheathing and house wrap for hidden damage.

Remove Compromised Material
Damaged siding and any rotted sheathing or house wrap come out so we're working from a sound base.

Replace & Flash
New siding is installed with proper overlap, flashing, and sealant at penetrations and transitions.

Seal & Finish
J-channels, corners, and caulk lines are finished so the repair blends in and sheds water.
